Article 1 – What personal data do we process?

Article 2 – What do we use your personal data for?

Sebastian will only use your Personal Data for:

Category 1: Providing and improving our Website and including Personal Data in anonymous statistics, with the legal basis your explicit, prior consent upon your first visit to our Website for the improvement of our website and marketing purposes.
Category 2 and 3: Answering questions and requests for information, with the legal basis of performing a service you have requested;
Category 2, 3 and 4: Direct marketing, newsletters, actions and promotions by Sebastian itself, with the legal basis being our legitimate interest with respect to existing customers or your explicit, prior consent if you are not yet a Sebastian customer. Category 5: The delivery and billing of products or services ordered by you, with the legal basis being the performance of a contract requested by you and for which the processing of your Personal Data is necessary or because it is required by law or because Sebastian has a legitimate interest to do so.

Customer profile: if you do not place an order for 3 years, we will delete your customer profile
Billing information: we must keep your billing information for legal reasons for at least 7 years from the calendar year following the last billing date:
