Payment options
How can I pay?
At LEWIS Brussels we have the following payment options: Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa.
Is it safe to pay on the Lewis Brussels website?
To ensure safe online payment and the security of your personal information, we use SSL technology. SSL ensures that your transaction data is encrypted and rendered unreadable when transmitted over the Internet. No special software is required to pay with SSL. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the “lock” in the lower status bar of your browser.
Can I receive an invoice in my company's name?
Yes, you can check this option at checkout of your order.
When you enter your details, please enter your company name and a valid VAT number. The invoice will then be sent to you by email (after delivery of your order). Invoices will only be issued if you provide a valid VAT number.

I don't see my information on the invoice
Make sure that all your details are entered correctly in your account, these details will automatically appear on your invoice when you place a (business) order. Changing an invoice afterwards is not possible.
Delivery options
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address that you indicate in the delivery details (home, work, pickup point, etc.). , mailbox is possible if the package fits)
Can I receive my package on the weekend?
We send the parcel with bpost courier service and only on weekdays.
How will I know when my order has left?
Once your package has been sent by bpost, you will receive a confirmation email from bpost courier service with the tracking code.
How much does my shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated by country and shipping method. You can find the exact rates during checkout, after you enter your correct address. Based on this address, the exact shipping amount will be displayed in your shopping cart.
I forgot to order something
Unfortunately, your placed order can no longer be changed. We unfortunately cannot add or modify anything anymore.
I gave the wrong address.
Please check your address when entering the information on the checkout page! If you see an incorrect delivery address in our confirmation email, please contact us immediately via email info@lewis-brussels.com. Please note that if you had already received an email with the shipment confirmation, it is too late to correct the address and we will have to wait for your order to be returned. We will contact you when the package comes back to us and make a new appointment to reship it. The cost of the return is at your expense and will be charged to you thereafter.
What should I do if I am not home during delivery?
The delivery driver of bpost offers the order at the delivery address. With a letterbox package, the package is put in your mailbox. If the package cannot fit in your mailbox and if you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, you will receive an absence notice. This can be done through a bill in the mailbox, by email or via the track & trace link.
Returns and exchanges
You've changed your mind - right of withdrawal
No problem. As soon as the order is delivered, you have 14 days to request your return. From the moment we receive your request, there is a second period of 14 days where you have the time to send the item. All returned items are carefully examined. If an item has suffered a reduction in value due to your use it will be charged at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned items we will refund the price and initial delivery charges to You. If You have chosen a delivery method that differs from the least expensive standard delivery, all additional costs will be at Your expense.
All direct return costs are at your expense.
